Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
- Proof of purchase (phone number or receipt) is required.
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds: opened or used products, products returned without original packaging, items purchased during final sale promotions, and gift cards.
How to Request a Refund

Submit request via support@unclejnutrition.com within 7 business days. Include order number and reason.
APPROVAL REQUIRED
Refunds require written approval, Requests reviewed within 1–2 business days.
RETURN THE PRODUCT
Must be shipped within 3 business days of approval, Tracking is mandatory, Customer is responsible for return shipping unless due to our error.
Refund Processed
Item is inspected upon arrival, Refund is processed only if all conditions are met. We reserve the right to deny refunds after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
